Editing

Editing is the process of checking the translated text in its entirety sentence by sentence for its grammar, content integrity, and terminological quality by a separate editor who is an expert in that field. It should not be forgotten that, even though the translations are carried out by experienced translators who are experts in their fields, ultimately, they are created by humans. Hence, the editorial control is the first step where mistakes that might occur during the translation process are fixed. As the Semantik Language Services family, we also offer the editing service, which is a mandatory step in our own translations, as an additional service to our clients who have already translated texts.
